OUR TEAM

Gil Elliott is the Managing Director of G & S Agencies and started the agency in 1978.  For most of these 30 years of operation, Gil operated the agency by himself and his wife Shelley until 2004 when the team grew!

Shelley Elliott - FInancial Controller - Shelley's expertise in Secretarial and Legal puts her in good stead to control accounts receivable and payable, cashflow and human resources for G & S Agencies.

Sean Moss - Group Sales Manager -  Sean has been with G & S Agencies since October 2004.  Prior to joining us – he had many years experience in the electrical industry managing Chandlers stores. Sean looks after the sales team while also maintaining  his owm accounts.

Doug Underdown - Account Manager SA - Doug has extensive experience in the electrical industry in South Australia.  Recently with Philips as State Manager and before that in a state role with Sony.  His passion  for electrical - especially electronic products, is only matched by his desire to succeed in his role in South Australia. 

Colin Moss - Account Manager SA - Colin has extensive experiencein the Audio Visual Market with over 20 years with Pioneer Australia in roles in New South Wales, Western Australia and South Australia.  Most recently, Colin was South Australian and Northern Territory State Manager - a position he has held for over 17 years.  Colin brings sensational  product skills and a brilliant reputation for customer care to our team.

Roy Ritchie- RRR Marketing Based in Darwin and with over 40 years experience in the Electrical industry . Roy has come from an international senior management role with Whirlpool  

Nick O’Connor – Account Manager North QLD – Nick comes from 11 years of retail experience, most recently with a large electrical retail group as 3IC and has Managed both AV and IT departments.

Jamahl Sands – Account Manager Brisbane - has joined with the G & S Agencies team in August 2010.  Jamahl comes to us from a retail management background of 8 years.

Michael Byers - Account Manager Gold Coast and Northern NSW - joined the team in February 2011.  Michael comes to us from a retail management background with some of Australias leading electrical appliance retailers.

Liz Stutley – Account Manager, South Australia - has been with G & S Agencies since the beginning of 2006 – Liz had previously been selling Delonghi and Kenwood product throughout South Australia for the past 10 years.

Lyn Jorrell – Account Manager, South Australia -  has been with G & S Agencies since the beginning of 2006 – Lyn had previously been selling Delonghi and Kenwood product throughout South Australia for the past 10 years.

Moana Thomas –  Office Manager for G and S , Moana makes sure all the back end processes of G and S are completed and on time

Linda Wagner – Accounts Administration – Linda joined the team in December 2010 and comes from the logistics industry and various accounting positions.

Kate Meldrum -  Sales Support - Kate has joined us from an accounting firm and various temp assignments in Brisbane. Kate assists in diseminating information to the sales team. 

Jamie Ayala - Reception and sales support for the team , Jamie has just joined G and S Agencies.

Bart Chesworth - Marketing Assistant - Bart joins us straight from finishing his degree in Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and International Business.His marketing and business degree has been invaluable in the development of the Website and social media presence of Contour cameras 

Todd Hickling - Todd is the Brand Manager for Meecos Sales , the distrubution arm of G and S Agencies.Todd has an extensive career in both Wholesale and Retail Consumer Electronics , and from this wealth of information and contacts has been able to grow the Contour business in Australia , and find new complementary brands for the G and S team to sell.   . 

Steve Pepper- Steve is in based in Hobart Tasmania , and he sells the range of Contour products in that state. His previous role as State sales Manager for JVC in Queensland endows him with  great product knowledge in the camera market,  and extensive business connections.

Brooke Curline- Brooke is based in NSW and has been in the photographics industry for years. Brooke services head office and local accounts in the state and has been instrumental in the growth of Contour in that state.     

Michael Xu - Product Sourcing and Refrigeration Engineer (China) - Joined us in 2007 to assist in the development of the Acqua brand of refrigeration.  Michael is based in China and has more than 24 years experience as a refrigeration engineer including being the Director R&D for one of the largest whitewear manufacturers.  Michael is an integral part of our business, his strong relationships with all of the major factories and his technical expertise is essential in us bringing quality ptoducts to the New Zealand and Australian market.
